By accessing bettyonline.win or engaging Betty Digital Studio for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Betty Digital Studio provides brand identity, web design and development, and digital growth strategy services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project proposals and statements of work.

Proposals & Payment

All projects begin with a signed proposal. A deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or per agreed milestones. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as defined in the project agreement. Betty Digital Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and content required for project completion. Delays in client deliverables may extend project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Client pays for all work completed to date plus any non-refundable expenses.
